Get to know Steven:

With over $100 million in multi-family sales, Steven has successfully sold properties all over the state with a focus on the North Texas area. Having worked with institutional buyers, student housing developers and local owners on the listing side or buyers looking to add to their portfolio, Steven enjoys working with clients who have various acquisition needs. Never one to discriminate based on size of the property, he gets just as excited selling a 300+ unit multi-family community as he would selling a small 6 unit apartment building. Steven enjoys maintaining long term relationships with his clients and helping many grow their portfolio over the years. Steven is known for his diligence, honesty, problem solving abilities and patience, especially during the transaction process. Steven never gives up on a deal until all options have been exhausted and have been known to work for years, if necessary, until a property gets sold.

What words of wisdom do you have for someone interested in investing in commercial real estate?

My advice for new agents in this career is pick a property type and focus on it until you’re proficient enough that you become a valuable service to your clients and always make time to develop new relationships.                                                                                                                                                                         

What do you enjoy outside of commercial real estate?

In my free time, I enjoying hanging out with my wife and kids. My hobbies are almost all outdoor related. When outside, I’m either cycling, mountain biking, fishing or kayaking.
