Morgan Hamilton
Born and raised in Richardson, TX and having lived in the DFW area for most of his adult life, Morgan is uniquely qualified to help his clients find the perfect property or target the ideal buyer, as he has experienced the city’s growth and development over the years.
His clients benefit from his over 15 years of experience in the residential and commercial real estate industry working as a land developer and real estate broker. As a land developer, Morgan managed multiple multi-million-dollar residential community projects in all phases from acquisition through community finish out. He also worked closely with the local governments to facilitate the re-zoning, recording, and purchasing of new properties. Using this experience, Morgan is able to help his clients identify the hidden gems and future value in the properties of interest. As well as highlight the special characteristics of your property that would appeal to the local market.
Prior to reentering the real estate world, Morgan functioned as a successful entrepreneur in the medical industry, where he became an expert in helping all of his clients find their ideal product for their individual practice through intentional interactions and truly understanding their specific desires and needs. It starts with fully appreciating each client and then finding creative ways to fill their needs. “I strive to treat my clients’ needs and wants as my own when searching for the ideal property or helping them to secure the best deal for their property,” he says.

When not with clients, he enjoys serving at his local Church, weekend family camping/backpacking trips, sand volleyball and running, attending local sporting events and soaking up live music around the metroplex.
