With the DFW leasing market so hot right now, it became apparent that it was time to grow our leasing department to keep up with the demand. As a result, we are pleased to announce our newest member of the SVN / Trinity Advisors team – Jeff Watson.
Watson has been in the real estate arena for the past several years, coming to SVN / Trinity Advisors from RadioShack. While at RadioShack, he negotiated store leases, renewals, relocations and closures for four of the company’s U.S. regions. Before that, he was an associate for a Fort Worth commercial real estate firm. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas.
“We are excited to add Jeff to our team of talented leasing advisors,” said Senior Advisor Steve Fithian. “His background and business savvy make him an asset to the company, and we’re thrilled to have him onboard.”
Watson is responsible for reaching out to prospective tenants to find occupants for the various properties the firm represents. These responsibilities include analyzing various market areas, researching prospective tenants and providing leasing services.
“Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge to the position,” said Senior Advisor James Blake. “He’s great at working leads and getting properties leased up, and we’re happy to have him on our team.”
