The State of Texas recently leased 25,743 useable square feet in the Ridgmar Village Shopping Center, which is represented by Sperry Van Ness / Visions Commercial.
The lease is for a minimum period of 10 years and approximately half of the space will be utilized by the Department of Health and Human Resources and the other half will be occupied by the Department of Family Protective Services.
