Brooke is a commercial realtor at SVN | Matthews Group with a specialty in office and medical investment properties. She works with small business owners in the community on leasing and purchasing, and investors looking to expand their portfolio. Brooke started her career in the Southlake and Grapevine communities and has expanded into Colleyville, Keller, and North Richland Hills.
Still having a Detroit area code, Brooke stays true to her Midwestern roots. She is originally from Michigan and frequently visits to spend time with her two nephews and family.
Her Alma Mater is The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) where she graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics. Prior to joining SVN | Matthews Group, Brooke spent five years as a design and manufacturing engineer in the automotive sector.
Her notable community involvement includes being selected as one of the 30 participants for the Southlake Leadership 2022-2023 class, a program that educates leaders on various topics that impact our quality of life. Additionally, Brooke is the President and Founder of Southlake Chamber Young Professionals, a group that volunteers in the community, focuses on professional development, and networking. She has volunteered at GRACE in Grapevine and Southlake Oktoberfest in the past. Through her organization, they have had Southlake Mayor John Huffman come to speak for us, along with former Mayor Laura Hill who ran for State Rep. Her professionalism and expertise are highly valued by her clients.
Brooke’s Recent Achievements
Brooke was the recipient for the CCIM scholarship – She will start this April.
Brooke was named Southlake Rotary Club Business Spotlight for the second time.
