SVN | Trinity Advisors is pleased to announce and welcome, Andrew Small, a commercial construction general contractor and development manager of fourteen years. Small joins our company as the Advisor for the Industrial Specialty Team.

Small brings a unique perspective on commercial real estate due to his extensive experience working on the construction and development side of the business.  With that experience, Small can provide a quick feasibility analysis that would consider potential scope for improvements, construction costs, and schedule that would be helpful in any buy or sell scenario.

Prior to his position at SVN I Trinity Advisors, Small’s most recent role was as a Development Manager for one of the Nation’s most prominent commercial real estate developers with a specialization in the industrial product type.
